And this one first:
I ate One chocolate croissant, more than half a quiche, drank one half of a juice cart.
For lunch I had Pasta and Crab in red sauce and some green beans.
For dinner had...water and a cookie...
So today wasn't my healthiest of eating days, I definitely indulged and didn't eat balanced meals. Since I wasn't hungry for dinner and I worked out, I figure it equalizes itself.
I'm writing this down because I want to keep record of my eating habits, especially on the days when I haven't eaten well.
Tomorrow I will post pictures of my progress as well for comparison.
