Monday (week 4)
Today I wasn't going to workout, but my friend motivated me. Its good to workout and establish a "lose weight get it right/tight" plan with a friend that is as dedicated to working out and losing weight as you are. When you aren't motivated to do it, she motivates you, and vice versa.
We just went on a power walk, but we went far so I burnt off a few calories. Better than not doing anything huh.
