Today's Workout (Saturday- Week 3) and weigh in.

I really liked today's workout, it's CARDIO, ABS, and BUTT, my favorite.

Me and my workout buddy decided we're going to do 3 days of this kind of Cardio, and on other days 10 mins of toning. 

Weigh In: 63 KG aka 138 pounds. I'm confused as to why this doesn't show on my body, but whatever.
