It's crazy to me because I wasn't planning on losing anything at all since I wasn't yet working out. It just happened because my stomach started acting up so I gave up on dairy, sweets, bad fats and all the things that would make my stomach hurt. I was so focused on getting better and stopping the pain I didn't realize I lost weight!
I started out this year at
155 pounds and I'm currently at 143. I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS LOW.
BREAKTHROUGH.
