Report (Sunday- Week 3)

Hi,

So today, we didn't do the sunday workout planned, we just started a bunch of workouts, and didn't finish any. I think we weren't into it today. Still got a little bit in though. Tomorrow I might do the 10 mins workout. If not I plan on doing the following:
