Today's workout (Thursday)

Today my workout was a bit all over the place. I was supposed to go for a jog and do some abs toning exercise, but I didn't. I had a bunch of stuff to get done, and I started to work out at 10 because I wanted to do a little something at least. So I did the following:

GREAT and FUN abs and thighs exercise.


Butt, Thighs and Glutes
(Didn't finish this one, almost passed out. I hadn't eaten dinner yet that's why, but I ate two mangoes)

Abs , love handles.
