When I go out, I like to have a drink or two. However, a lot of the drinks they usually have on the menu contain crazy amounts of sugar and can throw you off your "eating right plan".
Here are some low calorie/ calorie free options you may chose from:
1. Gin and Tonic
2. Tequila with lime juice and club soda
3. Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut Champagne
4. Vodka & Sprite Zero ( or with a splash of pomegranate or diet cranberry juice)
5. Vodka Cranberry Fizz
6. Wine
7. Hard Liqueur
Remember however, that alcohol isn't very "diet" friendly, as it gets stored and processed into carbs and fat, so it would be smart to ease up on it a bit. That doesn't mean you can't have a little fun once in awhile, so whenever you order any mixed drinks, just remember to pick mixers that don't have too much sugar in them and you should be fine!
