Hello ladies!
So I woke up a lil late today but I hurried up and go my first work out in for the day.
- Ran (ran most of n speed walked some) a lap of this trail
- Then bike one and half lap.
- BTW it took an hour for the whole thing
- Just ran again with Chanel it was tough and good, we have lots of hills in our neighborhood so a perfect workout. (50 mins)
-keeping myself active till spinning and swimming tonight.
Here is what I had so far
I had 1 1/2 serving with a quarter piece of grapefruit and water I don't think I am going to have anything else tonight just because this was a lot and instead I'll have more grapefruit
I have more activities planned for myself today and will keep updating this post as I do them.
