I just came back from a run! I'm pooped.
I totally forgot to write down my weight and goal weight earlier on here. If you're trying to lose weight and get in shape it's important to keep track of your current weight weekly, or bi-weekly.
I will be weighing myself at the end of every week (Every sunday afternoon) and writing down how many pounds I have lost on here.
Current weight: 160 lb
Goal Weight by June 1st: 145 lb
Height: 5'4
