I found this awesome chocolate bar at Trader Joe's a couple month's back. It claims to have
no sugar and little calories. I usually get the milk chocolate one. Even though it seems "guilt free" I don't abuse it too much either, I'll have a square or two whenever and urge for chocolate arises. Also they claim that if you eat the whole bar at once you'll get loose bowels... O.o
Remember: When "dieting" or "eating light" make sure you have at least one cheat day or hour, don't deprive yourself entirely, because (and take this from experience) you'll get tired of it QUICK and just drop the whole thing and binge on bad bad un healthy food. So if you got a craving for wings, go ahead have some (not too much), but make sure you continue with your clean eating for the remainder of the week.
Also if you must must must have that cheese burger (or anything else that's un healthy or fattening) always cut the proportions in half, and complete your meal with your usual healthy accompanying foods. For instance yesterday I had this incredible craving for wings. Instead of having all of it, I split half with a friend, so I had 5 wings, and to complete my meal, I ate the celery sticks and carrots, and went easy on the blue cheese.
