After my mom commented on how “full” my face was getting, and I just decided that enough was enough and I needed to get my isht together ASAP. Because guess what, summer is coming, I got some super cute bikinis that need to get shown off in the right way, AND our arrival to DR is approaching, so I decided no more procrastinating!!!
So far i’ve been doing well. I’ve banned things like pasta and bread, and sugar from what I was and I eat lean meats like chicken white, salmon (MY FAVORITE) Tilapia etc… And I make sure I eat more greens than the meat/protein and the other side foods.
What I’m also doing (which helps alot) is I drink a full glass of water before I wake up, and a full glass of water before every meal, or each time I’m hungry and I think of eating, when it’s not my scheduled time to eat. and it helps ALOT. Also, when I’m hungry at snack time, I’ll have a glass of water and a banana or apple, or other fruits.
I found out that Bananas actually do give you energy to do stuff, so that’s good to know. Next time I work out, I’ll have a banana to give me a boost!
Today:
So far I’ve had:
Breakfast: (none I slept through it!)
Lunch: 1 glass of water, 2 hard boiled eggs, string beans, couscous.
Dinner: 1 glass of water, Chicken, Brussel sprouts
