Here's a fun 30 workout challenge I found on youtube


I haven't started it, but I plan on doing so sometime this week.

Eating right and working sounded simple and easy, while I was doing my research on fitness, however it's not. It's like I know what I have to do but to get up and do it is a whole nother' story.  I'd get up and start but once it would start hurting I'd sit right back down. I feel like unless I have somebody there physically to whip and scream at me into doing it, I just won't do it. I wish I was young enough to go to boot/fat camp but I guess I'm really going to have to push myself on my own this time, and you know what it's fine because I AM READY.

Right now i'm in the process of preparing myself mentally (I found out that it's a big part of the whole journey) Tonight I will attempt to do one of the exercise routines she gives, (which aren't hard at all, but since not the most active of people, you could understand why it'd be hard for me to keep up. I'm sure I will fall down, stop, but I'll keep on going until I get it!
